House is a 3 bed victorian terrace. Modern bathroom (shared) and large, modern kitchen (including coffee machine, air-fryer and food processors). There is a large, communal living room (with Sky, Disney+ and amazon prime). Large garden with BBQ and pizza oven. We have a cleaner once a fortnight.
Housemates : Ben (me) is a management consultant and Abrar works at an energy retail startup.
We like going to the pub, cooking, and gardening. You must be an animal lover is a must as I occasionally look after my mum's dog (who is lovely but nervous of new people).
Bills are not included. Council tax band D.
One month rent and one month deposit in advance. Deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Service.
