Double room in Lower Clapton (E5)

Fully furnished double room available in a friendly 3-bed Victorian terrace just 5 minutes from Chatsworth Road – home to loads of great independent shops, cafés and restaurants – and a 10-minute walk to Homerton Station. We’re also close to Hackney Marshes and Victoria Park for weekend strolls or a morning run.

The house has a shared modern bathroom, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, air fryer, food processor etc.), and a cosy communal living room with Sky, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. There's also a big garden with a BBQ and pizza oven and we love to host on a summer evening. We have a cleaner who comes every other week.

You’d be living with me (Ben – management consultant) and Danielle (surgical nurse) – we both split our time between the office and WFH. We’re into pub trips, cooking, markets, fitness and gardening.

You’ll need to be an animal lover – I sometimes look after my mum’s dog, who’s very sweet but a little shy with new people.
