Two month sublet: Large room in Lower Clapton share house £1,200 PCM + bills (Dates flexible, ideally October and November with potential to extend)

Hello,

We’re Madeleine (a 35y/o freelance writer and podcaster from Australia) and Isobel (a 33y/o doctor from the UK) looking for a delightful person to sublet while our third housemate is travelling for two months.

We live in a gorgeous old terrace house in Lower Clapton, full of charm and character.

In our home we've created a friendly, open, fun environment and are hoping to find a subletter who also loves to share a meal a couple of times a week, have a chit chat over cups of tea, watch films, read poetry, have a laugh or pop to the pub.

Something we both value as housemates is creating a real sense of home. While we each have our independence and feel free to do our own thing, we have become good friends through living together and we'd love to meet a potential new friend in you, too! :)

The details:
- Free from 28 September - 28 November, but flexible with dates and possibility to extend
- £1200 PCM + bills
- Weekly cleaner

The bedroom:

- Absolutely huge, with four windows, a large wardrobe, large desk and a double bed.
- Fully furnished with spare linens and towels.

The house:
- Fully furnished
- Three bedrooms
- Tidy shared spaces and a weekly cleaner
- Two living rooms—one is used as a chill reading room / work space, and one is used as a TV room. The space can be converted into one giant living room when needed (we host a mean Thanksgiving dinner... beloved housemates will get an invite to future events!)
- Huge kitchen with doors leading out to the private garden, and properly kitted-out with an excellent spice rack and an impressive tea shelf
- One bathroom with bathtub shower
- Private back garden with smokeless fire pit, and garden beds
- Basement with storage for luggage and sports gear
