We’re two professional guys (Alan and Eoin) in our 30s looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed and friendly flat in Clapton. We’re both active, enjoy cooking, traveling, socialising and like to keep a nice, harmonious vibe in the flat. We’d love to find someone who is social, easygoing, and respectful of the space.

The flat is on the ground floor of a charming period building, featuring high ceilings and a bright, airy atmosphere. There’s a large open-plan communal space that includes a living area with a comfy couch and TV, as well as a kitchen and dining area – perfect for a shared meal or relaxing after work.

The available room is a spacious en-suite, there is a wardrobe which the going out tenant is happy to leave in the flat, all other furnishings are TBC. It’s a comfortable, private space that would suit someone with a busy lifestyle who also values a peaceful home environment.

Location-wise, we’re in a fantastic spot close to Hackney Downs, London Fields, and Hackney Marshes – great for outdoor activities and exploring local cafes and restaurants. Transport links are great with Hackney Downs and Hackney Central less than 12 minutes walk away.
