- 5 beds (including 1 en-suite room)
- Ground floor, we share garden, kitchen and living room with big screen project
- There is a master bathroom on the same floor as the room and another toilet downstairs

Flatmates
I’m so sad to leave these wonderful people, I feel like home here because of all of my flatmates are so great!! They are very chill, easy going, listening, friendly but also considerate
- You will be living with Adam, Iggy, Emily and Matt who are all professionals and in their late 20 to late 30
- Most of us work full time in the office but WFH is also welcome
- We have our own lives outside the flat but sometime having bbq and drinks together in our garden/living room. Or some spontaneous pub trips.
- We are very respectful to each other in terms of keeping the flat clean and peaceful too

Location
We are on Rushmore Road, Lower Clapton which have loads of vibing local bars restaurants. I will definitely be back to hangout around here. I’m so sad to leave this neighborhood.
Honestly it’s GREAT!
- just 5 mins to Hackney Down Park/10 mins to canal path and the Marshes.
- 10-20 mins walk to overground stations depending on what station you are going. Clapton, Hackney Central or Hackney Down
- 2 mins walk to bus stop. Bus going to Victoria, Bromley by Bow, Aldgate so basically everywhere ( number 38,55, 56,106,245,242)
- You can walk to Dalston, Stoke Newington, London field and Victoria park easily. Also Chartworth road is 10ish walk too.
There are so many thing going on in this cute area.
