Access info: There are two long narrow steps up to the entrance, and a very narrow, set of steep stairs leading down to the kitchen so please be aware that it is not accessible for those that would be impeded by this.

Ideal for someone with a 9 to 5 commuting to work and out and about a lot. Must be responsible with cleaning and keeping the flat homely and looked after. Our home is somewhere where we come to rest, so very quiet and relaxing vibes. Not a party house.

We have a Kitchen/diner, one bath/shower, huge beautiful garden, just off Chatsworth road, with very good transport links, cute shops, lots of nice green grocers and lots of parks near by (Mill Fields, Hackney Marshes, Victoria park, Olympic park). We all love our flat!

Less than ten minutes to Homerton overground and Lower Clapton Rd and about 15 minutes walk to Hackney Central / Mare St.

It’s a very chill, quiet, non smoking house, definitely not a party house. Everyone is late twenties/30s, all tidy, creative and working lots. As the flat is relatively small and has little space in terms of communal areas which is reflected in the price of the rent, it will suit someone who usually does lots outside of the house, work or otherwise, additionally we are not open to couples. We need to stick to a total of 4 flatmates.

The room comes with a bedframe and mattress, wardrobe with drawers, clothing rail and bookshelves on the wall.

Please note: No musicians/djs, no one with loads of stuff that needs storing in the flat.

About us: You’ll be sharing with three flatmates: A trans man (British-Chinese), a cis woman (lesbian, white) and a non-binary person (queer, white) And no surprise that we are respectful of trans, nb and gnc identities / pronouns.
