The house is split over 4 floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet, chilled living space, ground-floor patio off the living room and a 360-degree rooftop overlooking Hackney and parts of inner London. Perfect for rooftop drinks.
The room has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers which I will leave space for you to use. Also storage in the shed in patio if need be.
You’ll be living with 3 girls, 2 English and 1 Aussie, 27-29 working in Social Media/Marketing, HR & Physio. All enjoy cooking, going for runs/gym, heading to local markets/coffee shops/wine bars & pubs.
Super easy commute to Central London. There is a 24-hour bus stop (242) literally at the front door. Other perks are:
* 10min walk to Hackney Central Overground and Hackney Downs
* Bus routes close by 38, 55, 106, 242, 253, 254, 425, 488
* 15min walk to Victoria Park
* 20min walk London Fields or Broadway Market
* 10min walk to Tesco superstore
