We’re looking for a friendly and professional individual in their late 20s to mid-30s to join our lovely four-bedroom home. A double room will be available from the end of October, just one street over from Chatsworth Road.

About the House:

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a cute garden with a citrus tree.
Located in E5 Homerton, close to Clapton and Hackney Marshes.
A double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished on request) available, sharing a bathroom with one other housemate.
Rent: £775 per month + £80 for bills.
Deposit: £890 (secured).
No pets or couples.
Homerton Overground is a 10-15 minute walk away, with great bus routes and cycling options nearby.
Private landlord who is quick to address any issues and is relaxed about any changes we want to make to the property.

We enjoy the occasional shared dinner and garden party, but everyone generally maintains their own social life and respects each other’s space. We value a clean and tidy environment since we’re all working professionals, and it’s lovely to come home to a peaceful space.

About Us:

Ryan (34): A jeweller from Suffolk with interests in music, food, photography, and football. Easygoing and friendly, he works full-time in his studio and at a local pub.
Camilla (32): Originally from Australia with Italian roots, she works full-time for a professional membership body and is studying for an MA in film studies. She loves photography, interior design, and the arts.
Rosie (33): From Jersey, Rosie works from home as an account manager and part-time at a pub. They enjoy exhibitions, good food, and a quiet weekend with a book. They’re always up for a chat in the garden.
