Two Spacious Double Rooms by Hackney Downs Park

We have a two large double room going in our 3 bed flat in Lower Clapton. It’s available from 19th October.

Ground floor room is £770 pcm and upstairs room is £820 pcm plus bills which come to somewhere in the region of £100-130 (including a cleaner who comes every two weeks).

The housemates:

You’ll be sharing with Harry (30) who works in sales for a really cool company. He is super friendly, easy-going, and has truly been an absolute pleasure to live with! Harry loves keeping busy and is often out in the week and weekend meeting friends and going to various music gigs. He has passion for writing and is always down for a good chat when you see him. He tends to work in the office most days with a 1-2 days wfh too, so someone with a similar schedule would be ideal.

This is currently a fun but chilled out house, which is mostly quiet as we work hard in the weeks - the evenings are spent either doing our own thing or hanging out. We are always keen for a trip to the pub or doing things together but equally like to do our own things too. So we would like for the new housemates to continue this.

The room:

Both rooms are very spacious and are at the front of the house with big windows that let in good light. The rooms comes with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a double bed. They’re great set set ups to work from home in.

The house & area:

We have a small shared living room, good sized kitchen with modern appliances, and garden/patio to hang out in the summer, fibre broadband and plenty of storage space.

The upstairs bathroom is the main bathroom and has all appliances working fine and the shower has great water pressure.

The location is amazing. The house is right next to Hackney Downs park, and a short walk from Hackney Marshes and London Fields. There are loads of great pubs in the area, as well as plenty of shops and cafes.

It’s a 10 minute walk to both Hackney Downs and Hackney Central Overground stations which have trains to Liverpool Street, Stratford and Highbury & Islington. There’s also a bus stop just outside that will take you to Dalston/Angel.

Availability:

Two housemates are aiming to move out on 19th of October to move in with some friends, so the house is available from that date also.
