Large Double Room in Hackney

I am looking for 2 housemate for my gem of a house in Clapton. It’s very close to Chatsworth Road with lots of great independent shops and cafes bars minutes away. We're a stones throw from Millfields Park, as well as a five minute walk to the marshes.

House is connected following stations Clapton, Lea Bridge, Hackney Central, Hackney Downs.

Bus stops minutes away 38,55,106,242,252,253,488 connectting to Stratford Westfield, Finsbury Park, Dalston, Shoreditch, Oxford Circus, Euston, Camden.

The house comes with all the usual amenities - washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, garden, full equiped kitchen and bathroom. There’s additional storage throughout the house including a basement for luggage/bikes/other bits and bobs.

Both rooms on the second floor offered fully furnished, including smart tv with free netflix membership, broadbanf and all bills included.

Generally the house is nice and chilled during the week when we’re working, but the kitchen is great for socialising. The garden gets good light in the summer months which is ideal for chilling.

We’re looking for someone who wants somewhere homely - we all adore the house and like to look after it so it’s a lovely place to live.
