We are leaving our lovely place in Lower Clapton in January 2025 with a few months left on the current lease. The rent is £2200 per month excluding bills.

Both bedrooms are a good size and could fit a double bed and desk in them. There are also three big storage cupboards (one on each floor). The place is listed as part-furnished by the agent, and includes one double bed and kitchen white goods (including dishwashere).

It's in a gated mews which is secure (gate with passcode) and there are bike racks within the gated area.

It is a few steps away from Chatsworth Road and everything there (great cafes, Castle Cinema, restaurants, Co-op, organic grocery shops, etc). It is about a 9 minute walk to Homerton Overground station and about 17 minutes walk to Hackney Downs. It is within 5-15 minutes of good outdoor space for walking, running or cycling - Victoria Park, Millfields Park, Hackney Marches, Hackney Downs.

The current lease is valid until 31 March, after which you would have the option to re-sign for 12 months and negotiate terms with the agent. You will also be subject to approval by the agent to takeover the current lease.
