3 Rooms in Split-level, charming house in Clapton

Hi there!

My name is Tallula and 6 months ago, I found this flat on SpareRoom, went for a viewing, and fell in love with the home-y feel of the flat, the quiet street, and vibrant East London.

Unfortunately, my current flatmates are moving out of London entirely, and I am looking to find three new people to sign a new lease from January 31st, 2025.

About the flat: The flat is a split-level upper unit of a terraced house. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen/living space is the entire top floor of the house, and has really nice lighting, a gas stove, oven, fridge&freezer, and a washing machine. We also have a cute little garden and grow lots of veggies in the summer.
- One of my current flatmates and I cycle, and we keep our bikes on the property, so no worries if you have a bike too.
- Bills are around £40 in the summer and £75 in the winter.
- Each room is furnished with a bed & mattress and either a wardrobe or drawers. Otherwise unfurnished.

About me: I am a 3rd year student at King's College London from California. I've worked as a cocktail bartender for the last two years here in London, and I love music, cycling, rock climbing, being silly, and meeting new people. I do enjoy having friends over for a cheeky party every now and then. I also have a tendency to stress bake banana bread ...

About you: You’re between 20 and 30 years old, and are either a student with a guarantor or a working professional and able to pass a credit check! You are decisive and organised about your housing decisions. You would be happy living in a social household.
