Flexible sublet in Jan

Totally flexible on dates for short lets between 4th Jan & 2nd Feb.
Two bed ground floor flat in right round the corner from Hackney Downs park.
Furnished double room with a window to looking out to the garden. There's a bed, desk, chair, and bedside table if you want them, or we can move most of the furniture out if you'd prefer.
Shared living room with bay window, large kitchen, and additional storage in the basement if you need it. There's also a large back garden which is exclusive access for the flat.
I'm swim, do taiji, and I'm moving to be closer to my girlfriend in February (hence the flexibility). Happy to chat about our days, and unlikely to have house parties 😅 . There is a dog who's in her old-lady-daytime-napping era, although she'll always be excited for a trip to the park or a tennis ball.
The rent is £250/week (or pro rata) with bills included, and is a sublet from me while I finish up my lease. It's a super short time, so no deposit but weekly rent payable in advance.
