SUBLET in Hackney from 8th Jan-Feb 7th

Hi there! I’m subletting my spacious room in Homerton, Hackney, from January 8th to February 7th for £900 (all-inclusive).

The room is fully equipped with lots of creature comforts, including:

A desk for writing
A comfortable reading chair
Surround sound and a TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+
Playstation 5 and games
A self-tape wall, perfect for anyone in the arts
The room is part of a 4-bedroom house shared with three wonderful housemates:

Anna (32): a videographer
Jess (32): works for the NHS
Andrea (34): a programmer for a music festival
It’s a quiet, clean, and respectful household, and I’m looking for someone who values the same.

The house also features a cozy living room, a large kitchen, and a garden. I’m heading abroad for work during this time and can be a little flexible with the dates as I haven’t finalized my flights yet.
