We’re looking for a new housemate (or couple) to join us in our lovely shared home in Hackney. If you’re looking for somewhere to settle in, this might be the place for you!

🌟 About the House:
It’s a four-floor townhouse with loads of space and character. There are two comfy living spaces where we hang out, and a great garden that’s perfect for beers & BBQs or just enjoying some fresh air.

🏡 Your Room:
The room would be the biggest in the house, bright and south-facing, with high ceilings and a view of Clapton Square. It’s a peaceful space with lots of light, and there’s plenty of room to make it your own. Comes part furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

💃 About Us & What We’re Looking For:
We're Sylvan (28, they/them), Marcus (27, he/him), and Katie (28, she/her). Sylvan is a queer creative writing student, freelance video editor, and Dungeons & Dragons-obsessed nerd. Marcus is [INSERT]. Katie is [INSERT].

🌈 Queer-Friendly Household:
We’re an LGBTQIA+ friendly home and value open-mindedness and acceptance. You don’t need to identify as queer, but being comfortable with queer vibes, sex positivity, and non-traditional relationship styles is important to us!

We’re looking for someone (or a couple) who wants to stick around and make this their home too. We enjoy spending time together—whether it’s a trip to the pub, relaxing at home, or throwing the occasional party—but we’re also mindful of each other’s space.

If you’re into chilling in the garden, having a laugh, or joining in on the odd house party, we think you’d fit right in!

📍 **The Area:**
We’re right next to Clapton Square, with plenty of great pubs, cafes, and parks nearby. It’s a lovely spot to live, with easy connections to the rest of London.
