Sharing with 4x lovely female/non-binary people, mid-20s to early-30s and 1x cat.

The location:
- Opposite Millfields park in Clapton
- 5/10 mins from Chatsworth Rd and Clapton High Rd
- 10 mins from Clapton Overground
- Bus stop outside for Hackney Central, Dalston, Shoreditch and Central
- Great location, walking distance to loads of parks, cafes, pubs, restaurants and things to do

The room:
- South facing
- Garden view
- Double glazing
- Very quiet (no city noise)

The house:
- Queer-friendly
- Lovely terraced house
- Big garden
- Large kitchen/living-room

Lovely house vibe in general, people are all friends so can be social in the evenings –  hanging out, having dinner, etc. – and people do things together outside the house. But it's also a house full of professional working people with busy lives and jobs, so the house can often also be very relaxed and give you your own space as well.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: The deposit is £923 not £666. (Spareroom wouldn't let me put the correct amount because it was more than 5-weeks rent).
