Hi Everyone, we’re looking for three people to take over our lovely duplex flat in Lower Clapton. We’ve loved living in this beautiful place for the past two years, we have really made a home of it, but due to personal reasons, we’re moving out and looking for three new flatmates to take over our space.

The Flat is located on the top floor of a building in Lower Clapton. It has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, with a big living room and kitchen, and a washroom downstairs, as well as a little balcony and lots of storage space. The flat comes fully furnished.
It’s a 5-minute walk to Rectory Road overground station and less than 10-minute walk to Clapton overground station, both on the Weaver Line with direct links to Liverpool Street, and just a short walk to Hackney Downs Park!

The area is ideal for people who would enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, but also appreciate the perks of living close to vibrant areas like Clapton, London Fields, and Victoria Park.

We’d be happy for people who’d be interested to take over the flat as a group. Rent for the whole flat is £3,150pcm (excl. bills). But otherwise, rent for the three rooms would be split as follows:

* Biggest room: £1,175 per month
* Medium room: £1,050 per month
* Smallest room: £925 per month
