Hackney friendly house share

Hi all,

I'm looking for housemates to join me in a homely pink house in Hackney.

1 large room with ensuite 1200. Council tax and water are included in the rent. Electricity/gas and internet is split between the housemates (around 50). To be shared with 35yr female music journalist, 31 year f set designer and 37yr librarian.

This lovely house is close to amazing cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops - the closest being on Chatsworth Rd which is just 2 minutes’ walk away. There is also a lovely market on Sunday's on Chatsworth road, and you will never run out of organic food shops! It is a foodie haven.

The canal, Hackney Marshes and Hackney Downs are all within a 5-minute walk and there are good cycle routes and transport links to the city (24 hrs bus N242 stops just in front of the house).

Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, Homerton and Clapton are the nearest overground stations (roughly 15-17 minutes’ walk).

The house is spacious, has high ceilings and gets plenty of natural light and has a separate lounge. The house has one bathroom / shower and an additional separate toilet, and one room has an ensuite.

The kitchen is well equipped with two large fridges, washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space.

The house also has a lovely porch and front garden with beautiful flowers. Occasionally we can have BBQ in the back garden if we notify the downstairs neighbours.

You will be living with me, a friendly art librarian working in the city, I would love to create a social atmosphere with potential housemates. However, this is not a party house.
