Double room in lovely Clapton houseshare

I am looking for a 4th housemate to replace me in a gem of a house in Clapton. It’s located just off Chatsworth Road with lots of great independent shops and cafes minutes away. We're a stones throw from Millfields Park, as well as a five minute walk to the marshes.

The house is a Victorian Terrace and comes with all the usual amenities - washing machine, garden, big kitchen/bathroom and makeshift basement living room with TV and sofa. There’s additional storage throughout the house including a separate basement for luggage/bikes/other bits and bobs.

The room is a good sized double, with a window overlooking the garden. It’s offered unfurnished, but there’s a mattress and divan bed frame in the basement if needed. There’s room for a small desk and anything else you may need. The room is £930 per month + bills which we try to keep to a minimum. The Council Tax band for the property is Band D.

We’re three ladies, all professionals in our early 30s, Hannah, Molly & Karolina. We also have a little cat called Maggie. Generally the house is nice and chilled during the week when we’re working, but the kitchen and basement living room is great for socialising. The garden gets good light in the summer months which is ideal for dinner parties outside. We’re looking for someone who wants somewhere homely - we all adore the house and like to look after it so it’s a lovely place to live.

The house is currently on the market but it is available for minimum 2 months (as this is the notice period) and will be rolling contract until the property is sold.
