Big double room in Lower Clapton

Sharing with 3 lovely professionals and a quirky dog. The house is old, but it's got character and homey vibes. The room is the biggest of the house and comes furnished.
We're pretty chilled so we’re looking for someone similar. Also not a party house, we do need our sleep, but I think we’re pretty nice, we also get on well. Big garden for the green fingered (excited about planting smth this year) and I can teach you how to weave, if you’re interested. We are queer, would love to be joined by queer lovelies, but not a deal breaker.

Lower Clapton is a gem of an area and we are just off Chatsworth Road.

The dog is shy but will befriend you if you give her treats, if you join us for a walk even better. DOG LOVERS ONLY, as this is her home too. She is a rescue so she’ll need her time, therefore looking for someone patient who is willing to put in the effort of befriending her. Letting her out of her crate when I’m at work is a bonus :)

Rent £745 plus bills (somewhere between £100 and £150 depending on how much energy we’re using), £800 deposit. Move in date 20th of May, but you can have it earlier if you need. Sadly no living room :(
