We have a room coming available in our Lower Clapton home in E5. We are 4 working professionals looking for a couple to join us.
The room comes with a mattress, bed frame and built in wardrobes. The room is upstairs at the front of the house and has two big windows.
Just off Chatsworth Road, 5-10 mins walk to Homerton station and Millfields park going the other direction.
We are all busy with our own projects but love to come together when we can, bbq’s in the garden are a favourite!
Current house is a mix of Male & Female 29-32yo, LGBTQ+ friendly
The room is £1200 bills not included, but we try to keep them to a minimum. Council tax band D. The deposit was 5 weeks rent for us all but would need to double check with the landlord.
