There are two shared bathrooms and large living space. Small kitchen comes with all the usual appliances (including air fryer, rice cooker and espresso machine). Internet is fast (600mbps) allowing you to stream your favourite netflix series in high definition. We also have access to a private gated patio/yard area with space to store bikes. The flat is located just off Lower Clapton road.
Room is £787.50 month + a months rent deposit and bills are around £110 - 150 pcm depending on season/ cost of living crisis and include a fortnightly cleaner.
--- The People ---
The household consists of three professionals (George, Dan and Matilda) working both out of the house and from home - George in tech, Dan in the TV sector and Matilda in retail. Matilda is also new to the house and everyone is in their mid twenties to early thirties. The house is sociable - and we’ve enjoyed flat dinners, movie nights, sunday pints and more.
We’re looking for someone who is clean, easy going and enjoys a boogie, and is ready to move in by 1st June.
No pets / couples sorry! Women/nb preferred.
