Friendly House Near Hackney Downs Park

After our lovely housemate is moving out to city because of his new job— so we're looking for someone new to join our relaxed, sociable household of four.

Garden out the back of the kitchen (perfect for summer BBQs!)

Bathroom on the 2nd floor + separate toilet on the ground floor

About Us:
We're three friendly professionals working in IT (37, cis, he/him), Marketing (29, cis, she/her), and Landscape Architecture (37, queer, he/they). We’re easy-going, sociable, and like to keep the house clean and chilled. We’re ideally looking for someone similar — tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with.

Transport & Location:

Rectory Road – 6-minute walk

Clapton Station – 15-minute walk

Dalston Kingsland/Junction – 20-minute walk / 10-minute bus

Hackney Downs Park – just 5 minutes away

A Few Extras:

We’ve got some lovely neighbourhood cats that pop in and out, looking after them, so the house wouldn’t be a good fit if you’re not a fan of furry visitors.

We don’t smoke cigarette in the house, we smoke in the garden.😬

Our landlord is laid-back and easy to deal with, and we like to do viewings as a group chat with all housemates to get a feel for how we’d get on.
