Reposting due to a drop out! We have a lovely double room available in our lower Clapton flat.
The flat: We have a large, light filled common area, two bathrooms each with a toilet/shower, and a kitchen well stocked with appliances. Fast internet and a telly with sky tv. Great transport connections, ~10 mins from Hackney Downs/Hackney Central.
The room: The room easily fits a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has access to a private patio too! Previous flatmate is leaving a desk and chest of drawers available :)
The flatmates: You’ll be sharing with George, who works in tech. Dan, who works in audio, and Tilda, an Aussie girl who’s newer to the flat, and works in retail. Everyone’s in their late 20s/early 30s and shares creative leaning interests, music, cooking etc. We’re a relaxed and sociable bunch and looking for someone tidy and kind, who’s keen to share a pint or go for a boogie.
Move in date is June 1st so we’ll be holding viewings asap! Get in touch if you think you’d be a good fit.
