We are looking to fill a room in our lovely house in Lower Clapton/Homerton - close to Homerton station, Hackney Marshes and Chatsworth Road.
The house has a big living room, kitchen and garden, back room for washing and 2 bathrooms.
Who we are:

Ollie, Actor, 28
Sadhbh, Client manager at a design agency, 28
Preferably we’re looking for someone who would like to integrate in the house dynamic as we all like to spend time with each other when we’re at home (watching tv/BBQ's etc). We have a little Chihuahua named Tony, so someone who likes dogs a bonus.
Hybrid WFH is fine, we all currently WFH at least one day each a week. The room is part furnished - bed/ mattress and wardrobe and available to move in on the 24th of June.
We are looking for someone who is keen to stay until the end of our tenancy in May 2026. There is a possibility to extend or take over the lease at this point.
We will be doing viewings on the evenings of 27th May and 4th of June from 6pm.
