We are looking for someone to join us in our beautiful flat on the wonderful Chatsworth Road, 15 minutes from London Fields and 10 mins from Homerton Station and Hackney Marshes.
You will be living with me Abi, I work FOH at a trendy gym in Clapton and Lily, who works in music in central. We are looking for another gal who will bring good vibes and energy to our happy little house! We love having friends around for dinners and wine, going to the pub for a few, plus chilling out and watching trashy TV.
The flat has a beautiful and inviting living room with slouchy sofas and a dining table, a separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one also has a bath).
You will be moving into a furnished double room (bed, drawers & wardrobe) with loads of light. And if you want more storage space, there is lots of room in the loft.
We are looking for someone to move in from the 18th of September. Bills are not included and come to around £150 a month (Broadband, Council Tax (Band C), Water, Energy, Wi-Fi & TV License)
