Double Room in Hackney; one person shared house

Hey,

My name is Solomon, I’m relocating from my family home based in Hackney Lower Clapton, where I live with my lovely younger sister who is still a current residence at the property. We are preferably looking for a young female to rent my double room, however this isn’t a requirement. Someone that doesn't work from home, like an essential worker, would also be great if they worked night shifts but isn't a requirement.

This house has beautiful big sized rooms including a lounge, kitchen, office back room, one bathroom and a garden. New residents have to be comfortable living with a cat. References aren’t essential however they would be preferred.
