We have a lovely double room available from the end of July in our spacious two storey flat in Lower Clapton (amazing location)!
We are - Hattie (29), Alex (30), Megan (30) who work in recruitment/HR (we met through spare room). We're chilled and friendly, we love hanging out and having some drinks together, but this isn't a party house - we're more of a pizza, wine and a film kind of group. We also enjoy our own space. We're looking for someone clean, kind and fun to join our happy household who will treat the flat as a home (and hopefully join us for tv marathons)!
The flat is on a really peaceful road in Hackney and occupies 2 floors at the top of a victorian terrace. We have a living room, separate kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The room available is upstairs and comes with a double bed and mattress.
We are a 1 minute walk from gorgeous Millfields Park and the canals, seconds away from loads of independent shops, cafes and nice pubs, 10-15 minute walk to Homerton/Hackney Central/Hackney Downs/Clapton stations, and there are bus stops immediately outside our front door that offer 24 hour routes into East/Central London.
The facts are:
Rent: £730 monthly paid directly to private landlord
Deposit: £730
Move in date: Flexible/end of July / v early August
Bills approx £100 each per month (gas, elec, water, internet, council tax - band B) - but this does vary !
