Spare room in en-suite double bedroom on canal

Hi,
I’m a 30 year old medic, looking for a fun, sociable flatmate to take up the second bedroom.
A part furnished 3.27x3.01m double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with ottoman bed, chest of drawers and clothing rail. Option to add your own furniture if preferred.

Rest of the flat fully furnished with lovely balcony overlooking the canal. Lots of natural light in the living area.

As a medic I work variable shifts, so looking for a flatmate who is sociable but also has their own plans and is respectful of different working hours. Love music, so would be great to have someone to drag along to a gig but this is optional haha.

Bills and council tax not included.
