I'm looking to find someone to take over my sunny room in Homerton from December or Jan (dates flexible). Rent is 940/month, excluding bills (roughly £120). The room comes with a bed base and small chest of drawers, but happy to sell some of the other bits if you need.

The house is a restored 4-bed victorian home, in a peaceful part of Homerton. Less than 10 minutes walk from Chatsworth road, Hackney Marshes and River Lee. It's also well connected in terms of buses and the overground.

You'll be staying with Ruby, Manu, and Tess, an artist, musician and pattern cutter in their 30's. We all get on and value contributing to a shared happy home, but also respect each others' space.
