Hello! We are Alice & Ellie, two early 30s professionals looking for someone to rent the third double bedroom in our lovely Lower Clapton flat.

The bedroom comes generously sized at 4.41m x 2.80m, with a big built in wardrobe and enough space for you to add a chest of drawers and desk. It is currently unfurnished, and ready for you to make your own.

The rest of the flat is in great spec, and we’re blessed with a very bright and airy living room / kitchen which leads out to a cute little patio area. Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, an induction hob, and dishwasher.

The flat is in an excellent location, with just a little under ten minutes walk to Clapton station, and a little over ten minutes to Hackney Downs. We’re also close to many great restaurants, pubs and bars, as well as green spaces 🌿

Rent is £1175 per month, and all bills are included in this price.

Now onto a bit about ourselves! We are two best friends who met two years ago through living together. We love a wholesome nightly run together (and have some great routes down the local canals and parks), which we then like to balance with spontaneous pints at one of our many great local pubs. We’re very easygoing people who enjoy a good time, but we also love and respect our flat and like to keep it nice and tidy. We currently have a very communal dynamic in which we all cook/clean together and our flat feels very much like a home instead of a shared living space.
