- Comes kitted out with desk, monitor, lamp etc
- Chill extras: bedding and towels and all that if you want to use, cool lights, pics & plants

- Two connected lounge areas (one's great for chilling, one's handy if you need to get stuff done)
- Nice kitchen for proper cook-ups

- 12-15 min to Hackney Central
- 1 min to the bus stop
- Dead handy for Hackney, Dalston, Stoke Newington & London Fields
