Our beloved flatmate is heading back to the US, so we’re looking for someone new to join our amazing home in a newly renovated 3-bedroom warehouse flat in Lower Clapton.

We’d love to find a female flatmate (28–40) to keep the balance in the house.

The Room & Flat

- Spacious double bedroom with private ensuite

- A huge open-plan living room, perfect for movie nights or relaxing

- A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a large double fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage

-Interiors are stylishly curated – a real gem in the area!

-Private courtyard where we often hang out with friends and neighbours when the sun’s out!

The Vibe
We’re creating a space that balances communal and private living. We love sharing dinners, drinks, and the occasional weekend hangout, but also respect each other’s space.

£1375 per month. All bills included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, and high-speed WiFi

Location
Lower Clapton – close to great cafes, pubs, and green spaces like Hackney Downs and London Fields. Excellent transport links to central London (very close to both Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Clapton).
