Beautiful house just off of Chatsworth Road

2 rooms available, flat mates are moving out but only moved in in April and absolutely love the place so I have decided to stay put! The lease is renewed on the 3rd of October so anyone who can move in around that time would be great!

We are just off of Chatsworth Road where there is a food market on Sunday as well as a few excellent restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Hackney downs is a 5 minute walk away and Homerton station take around 8 minutes.

We have a wonderful kitchen with a little sofa area, as well as a roof terrace and small spare room I’m thinking of turning into a little snug or desk space.

I work in new business for an art company and work from home on Friday/ sometimes Monday but it’s rare. I race motorbikes through the summer weekends and am pretty sociable so often out and about but like to pop to the pub or have dinner together now and then.

Bills are around £100 extra a month - depending on the season - the house has double glazed windows so tends to stay pretty warm through the winter months!
