We’re looking for someone to join our lovely flat in Hackney! You’ll be sharing with a relaxed Aussie couple (both working full-time). We keep things clean and tidy, spend a fair bit of time out and about, but are always up for a movie night, picnic in the park, or a boardgame session.

The Room & Flat
- Room: Unfurnished with a window overlooking Millfields Park – which links directly into Hackney Marshes, Lea Bridge Valley and the canals. Perfect if you love green space!
- Shared bathroom (spacious) + separate laundry area.
- Garden patch out the back – feel free to make it your own.
- Rest of the flat is fully furnished with all essentials.

Rent & Bills
- Rent: £850/month
- Bills: approx. £50/month (water, gas, electricity + WiFi)
- Council Tax: Band C

Location & Transport
- Closest stations: Clapton, Homerton, Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, Lea Bridge (10–20 min walk, or a 5 min jog).
- Bus routes: 38, 55, 56, 106, 242, 253, 254, 308, 425 (and more!) – great links across London, plus easy trips to Stratford & Stansted Airport.
- Cycling: We ride into the City/Holborn in 25–35 minutes. Bike lockers available on the street.
- Car park outside the building (open, not covered). On-street EV charging also nearby.
