About the Flat:

We’re in a bright, 3-bed flat right opposite Clapton Pond. The flat has a shared living room and kitchen, and the available room comes furnished (our flatmate will sell the bed to the new tenant if needed).

Transport links are great — Hackney Central, Hackney Downs, and Clapton Overground are all within a 10-15 mins walk. There’s plenty of green space too, with Hackney Downs next door and Walthamstow Wetlands & Hackney Marshes within walking distance.

About Us:

Our housemate Hatty is sadly and excitingly moving in with her boyfriend and so we're on the lookout for someone to fill her room. We’re two friends from uni, both working in design. Jamie is into climbing and cooking, and I play hockey, enjoy drawing, and am a big thrifter. We enjoy going out to the pub and gigs ect. and sometimes exercise Jamie's cooking skills with some hosting dinners or drinks, though the flat isn’t massive so it's not all the time!

We’re sociable and like to hang out together, but also respect each other’s space, and downtime.
