We're looking for someone new to move into our homely Lower Clapton flat. The room available is a large bright bedroom with plenty of built in storage space. Listing as unfurnished but a bed frame will most likely stay as available.

You'd be living with two other people: Gauthier and Sean who both work in tech. We get on really well in the house and enjoy a chat in the evening or a beer at the Elderfield.

The flat is the ground floor flat within a Victorian house in zone 2. We have a spacious open plan sitting room and kitchen, and we share one bathroom/toilet. However the upstairs room has an en-suite meaning there are two showers between 3. We also have a great garden that gets plenty of sun and there is also a small private courtyard to keep a bicycle in.

The flat is on a residential road but clapton has plenty of pubs, food shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We’re just down the road from the best local pub called The Elderfield and we're right next to Chatsworth Road that has a little market every Sunday with some brilliant food trucks.

Rent is £1060 per month, with bills at approx £120pm and a deposit of £680.

The move in date is currently the 1st March but there is flexibility here. The new tenant would be taking over the lease until it ends on 30th April 2026. The lease will then be able to renew if you'd wish to stay on. The agency/landlord situation is very flexible and relaxed.
