Looking for someone to take over my room from 5th October in Lower Clapton located right beside Clapton pond. Lots of nice restaurants and shops are close by only a 10 min walk from Chatsworth Road.
The room is huge and very bright with nice high ceilings. The flat is ground floor and we have a beautiful spacious garden to ourselves. You’d be living with a great, very chill couple who both work 4 days a week in the office. The ideal roommate will be clean, respectful and happy to have a chat but lives an independent life themself.
The lease finishes in March and there will be option to extend once that comes around.
Bills come to 150 and rent is 870. As looking to fill the room soon we’ll be doing viewing asap - please drop a message if you’re interested.
