A generous double room is becoming available in our lovely Victorian house in Lower Clapton.
The room is bright, cozy, and almost fully furnished - the desk / mirror / carpet will be gone, everything else will be staying.
With wooden floors throughout, the house has plenty of character and a homely feel.

The house is a 4-bedroom Victorian across three floors. You’ll share the bathroom (recently refurbished) with just two housemates.
The kitchen is spacious with a dining table, the living room is huge, and there’s also a leafy private garden – perfect for relaxing outdoors!

We’re on a quiet, neighbourly road with a genuine sense of community, and we have a proactive private landlord who looks after the property really well.

The location is ideal: multiple bus routes are just down the road, Chatsworth Road is a 10-minute walk away, and Hackney Marshes are close by for weekend strolls.
