We already live on the Pembury estate but are moving into this property on 10th October.

We are lucky to have a private landlord who is very friendly, easy going and very responsive. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Totally up to you. The kitchen and bathroom were refurbished 12 months ago. Flat has a large lounge which we also have a choice of being furnished or not. We can decide on that together.

*Housemates*

A bit about us. We are both in our late 30's. I’m Joel, from Manchester, a freelance carpenter. Joe , from London, working in fashion as a videographer. We are both into our music so whoever moves in would ideally be ok with the decks being on every now and again though this is pretty rare. We are both very social and enjoy going to grab a drink at one of the locals occasionally.

The flat is in a great location. Walking distance to nearest stations Hackney Downs (5 mins) Hackney Central (8 min). Hackney Downs park is 2 min walk away.
