💖🌻🪩 I’m subletting my room in this lovely Hackney house for 4-6 weeks beginning 26th August 2026. 💖🌻🪩

Basics
📆 Available on 26th August for a month (could extend to 6 weeks)
💷 £990 per month including bills & a biweekly cleaner - no extra cost hassle, just one up-front fee that covers everything. If the stay was to be extended beyond a month, rent/bills would be calculated on a pro rata basis
🏡 5 bed/ 3 bathroom house, sharing with 4 other lovely chicas in their early 30s
📍Homerton. 10 mins walk to Homerton overground and Hackney Central, 2 min walk to Chatsworth road, 15 min to Victoria park and Hackney marshes

The room 🛏️

The room is medium sized, nice and bright with 2 big windows. Bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, mirror. You’ll be sharing the closest bathroom with only 1 other person.

The house 🏡

The house is a large 4 storey terraced house. No desk in the room but there is an office on the top floor with a desk if you need! 1 living room, a large eat-in kitchen, a medium sized garden, a basement (turned into a second living room or just used for laundry) and a second basement room which we have turned into a bar/ gym. There’s a good amount of storage in the house and a large shed at the bottom of the garden.

The roomies 👯‍♀️

4 lovely women in their early thirties, into cooking, coffees, pints, live music, fitness and a good ol’ yap. Half work in the office full time and the others are mix of wfh and in the office. Most of us have lived here together happily for a couple years, so we’re all more friends than just housemates with a good mix of spending time together and doing our own thing too.

We are looking for someone who is: similar age, clean, considerate, social and chilled. We do have a mostly veggie house with 2 vegans so we are hoping you would be mindful of this 🌱
