Beautiful Room in Lower Clapton available NOW

Hello,

We have one small double bedroom available in Lower Hackney Down from November 14th (also possible earlier in month). We are looking for a professional woman (preferred) - age 30s-40s. The bedroom us sharing with two other French girls.

The room is bright. The room have a nice wardrobe, drawers storage down the bed and is coming with the bed and the bedside table.

The flat itself is lovely and large, full of light. We have a massive open living room and kitchen area, with lots of space for entertaining. The flat has all new modern amenities and lovely furnishing.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and responsible who will respect the sharing space. We usually clean the flat each turn, once the month by ourself and keep clean every days. The bathroom will be sharing with one of the flatmate. The third one bedroom is en-suite.

We have a lot of convenience. Just 1 minute by walk we have a lot of bus (9) who go directly in the center for The City of Lindon, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Whitechapel... At 10 minutes the Overground stations Hackney Central and Hackney Down. Also, they are a lot of nice bakery, coffee shop and Organic shop around.

The price of the room is £863/month (bills not included) and the security deposit is to confirm.

It’s for 1 year contact, renewable.

Every month we put £5 to buy every sharing stuffs, dishwasher soap, toilet paper...
