Bright double room in relaxed Hackney home

Available mid/late November (flexible). Sharing with two friendly professional women in a tidy, calm household. Great location near Hackney Central & Hackney Downs, lots of light, comfy shared lounge, and minutes from some of the best cafés, markets and parks in the city. Looking for a new flatmate to join this lovely home!

🏡 The room is furnished (bed, dresser, wardrobe) with space for a desk if you work from home. It’s bright and on the upper floor, sharing a bathroom with one other person (there’s another downstairs, so no queues). The main floor has a connected kitchen/lounge with a big dining table, and the flat is well insulated, so it stays cosy.

All bills come out to ~£100/month (Council Band B) and we usually get a cleaner in once a month to do a deep clean (about £15 each).

You’ll be living with Lucy (motion designer for TV) and Alexandra (speech therapist), both in their early 30s and relaxed, tidy, and easy-going.

The flat is professionally managed by a small local estate agent with an office on our block. They are super responsive and quick to fix anything.
