5 minute walk to Chatsworth Rd & 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick, this cherry blossom tree lined street is an area that very rarely offers rooms to rent.

Current people living in the house are mid to late 20's & are all foody creatives, who enjoy coming together to cook & break bread together, so providing a well equipped kitchen was essential.

We are looking for a friendly, considerate & clean tenant to join our little community whilst I'm overseas for 6 months.

Superfast WIFI is included so working from home is a dream.
A professional cleaner will be employed to clean all communal spaces on a weekly basis & is included in the rental costs.

Our house cat Didi is incredibly friendly so animal lovers are preferred

No smoking in the house but happy for you to smoke in the back garden
