I’m Alice [She/Her/Hers], Extrovert Franco-Congolese Fitness Coach and Music & Art Enthusiast (in my 30’s and 16 in my mind). I live with Sophie-Anne [She/Her/Hers] Introvert Graphic Designer and Cooking & Sporty Enthusiast Franco-Martinitian (in her 40’s and 18 in her mind ^^)

Together we are looking for a terrific roomie to join us from November 11th in our magnificent flat in Lower Clapton (Clarence Road):

The flat itself is lovely and large, full of light. We have a massive open living room and kitchen area, with lots of space. The flat has all new modern amenities and lovely furnishing.

We absolutely love our flat! I’ve been here 3 years, Sophie-Anne 4, and Aude-Aline (who we’ll miss so much!) 8 years. Reason why we take great care of it by rotating the cleaning between us each week and keep it tidy everyday. Every month we put £5 to buy every sharing stuffs, dishwasher soap, toilet paper...

We are pretty busy and outgoing women and also appreciate our chill time at home or just relaxing and recharging in our respective bedrooms. We’d love to welcome someone kind and easygoing to take the small room that’s free.

The room is bright and have a nice wardrobe, drawers storage down the bed and is coming with the bed and the bedside table. The bathroom will be shared with one of the flatmate as the third one bedroom is en-suite.

RENT : £ 863 + DEPOSIT
ALL BILLS : Between £ 80 - £120 (mostly expensive during Winter)

OUR AREA: I truly believe is the best (I’m know I’m biased lol)
We have a lot of convenience. Just 1 minute by walk we have a lot of bus (9) who go directly in the center for The City of Lindon, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Whitechapel... At 10 minutes the Overground stations Hackney Central and Hackney Down. Also, they are a lot of nice bakery, coffee shop and Organic shop around.

Due to the fact the flat is rented as a whole (£ 2, 750) and not per room, you’ll be committed to a 1 year tenancy contract, so we are looking for someone to match that dynamic:
