Hey hey! 👋 I’m Alice (Franco-Congolese fitness coach & music/art lover) and this is Sophie-Anne (Franco-Martiniquais graphic designer & cooking queen). We’re two friendly, busy, and chill women looking for a terrific flatmate to join our lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton (Clarence Road).

🇫🇷 You don’t need to speak French (but bonus points if you’re learning 😄)

The flat is bright, spacious, and super homely — big open-plan kitchen/living room, nice furnishings, and all modern bits. We’ve both been here a few years and truly love it! We keep it tidy (cleaning rota + £5/month each for shared stuff like loo roll, soap, etc.).

🛏 The room: Bright, comfy, comes furnished (bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe). You’ll share the bathroom with one of us.

💸 Rent: £863
⚡️ Bills: £80–£120 (depending on the season)
💰 Deposit + move-in: £1,120 (includes October 10 days’ rent with bills as we pay rent on 21st of each month)
📜 Contract: 1-year (flat rented as a whole £2,750)

🚇 Area: Honestly, one of the best! Tons of cafés, bakeries & organic shops. Buses 1 min away (straight to London Bridge, Oxford Circus, etc.) + Hackney Central & Downs just 10 min walk.

We’re looking for someone kind, responsible, respectful, and easygoing — someone who’ll enjoy living in a nice, calm home but still up for a laugh or a chat over dinner.
