Long term rental in Homerton!

Up for rent is my large double room in Homerton, as I’m moving back home to Aus.
Move in would be roughly 5th Of December and you would be taking over the lease through to Aug 2026 :)

The house is a three-storey Victorian townhouse with a separate living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (1 with a shower and one with bath/ shower), two toilets and a large garden. There is also a basement for storage.

You will be sharing with 5 lovely flat mates aged between 25-35, all young professionals with full time jobs. You will need a stable income to pass referencing from the landlord.

Located just off Chatsworth Road, full of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Bills come to approx £100-120pm. Which includes a cleaner coming in 2x a month

Deposit is £1019

Several bus stops within 1-2 mins walking distance.
10min walk to Homerton Station
17 min walk to Hackney Central Station Dalston is a ten min cycle or 25min bus away
London Fields a 20 min walk.
