looking for someone who would love that small and bright room like I did for the past 3 years

The room: Bright, comfy, comes furnished (bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe). You’ll share the bathroom with one of us.

I live with Sophie, Franco-Martiniquais graphic designer & cooking queen in a lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton (Clarence Road).

We’ve both been here a few years and truly love it! We keep it tidy (cleaning rota + £5/month each for shared stuff like loo roll, soap, etc.).

💸 Rent: £863 ( paid each 21st of month)
⚡️ Bills: £80–£120 (depending on the season)
💰 Deposit : £750.77 (based old Rent, since we’ve renting for a long)
📜 Contract: 1-year
