Small double - lower clapton sublet

Hello, I’m Sam. I’m a freelance pattern cutter and fitness instructor. I spend a lot of time out of the house, either working or socialising. I enjoy getting coffee and walking on a weekend. I have a small double room available in my home available from the beginning of January for up to 2 months but any length let in that time will be considered.

The flat is a short walk to Clapton station, hackney downs and milfields park. BLOK gym is right around the corner and there are lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs in the lower clapton area.
