Double room in spacious garden flat

Double room available in a spacious 3-bed flat overlooking Millfields Park, Clapton.

We moved in a couple of weeks ago and are looking for a third person to join us in making this place a proper home.

The flat has a bright living room with park views, a large south-facing kitchen/diner that gets beautiful morning light, a rear balcony with steps down to a private garden (we’ve got plans for this!), plus a dedicated shared office/spare room that we’re currently setting up for WFH. There’s also plenty of storage space in the converted attic.

The room itself is cosy and warm, currently furnished, but happy to clear it if you have your own things. It’s available now for an immediate move-in.

You’d be living with Olivia (37, illustrator) and Joel (44, web developer/UX designer). We’re both freelancers who enjoy cooking and sharing meals, Pilates/yoga/running/cycling, and heading out to gigs, theatre, films, exhibitions—all the usual London stuff.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and keen to create a relaxed, adult but sociable home in a brilliant location. WFH or 9–5 is all good—what matters is that you’re easy-going and up for being part of the place 🙂
