Lovely 4-bed house in Homerton

Hello! We are three friends looking for a fourth to join our 4-bed house in Homerton. More details below!

The house: We/our friends have lived here for coming up to 5 years and it's very much a home to us. The house has 4 floors, a big kitchen (with piano), a lovely living room and a patio garden which we make v good use of in the summer. It's 7 mins walk from Chatsworth road and Homerton Station, and super close to the canal and Victoria Park too. (Council Tax Band C)

The housemates: We are three friends - Kate (she/her), Jordan (he/him) and Jamie (he/him). We all work full-time in very different areas (law, education, engineering) and mostly in the office. We all stay pretty busy around London on the weekends, but also enjoy hanging together quite regularly, whether just chatting in the kitchen, watching TV together, or going for a coffee/market lunch on chatsworth road.
